Hethersett Academy’s GCSE Results reflect their pupils' commitment and determination

Hethersett Academy’s class of 2021 should be exceptionally proud of their achievements today, they have shown their great resilience and capabilities of the last two years. 

Principal, Jane Diver said: “Congratulations to the class of 2021 who have achieved fantastic results. We are especially pleased for them and proud of the resilience and maturity they have shown. The grades they have achieved are thoroughly deserved reflecting their commitment & determination whilst studying at Hethersett Academy. 

 

"We are proud of them all and wish them every success for their futures. I am confident that the 2021 students leave our school fully equipped for a happy and fulfilling life and career and know that we are here to provide any support we can to help them with this.”

Among many of the happy students at Hethersett this morning were: 

Olivia Forth who remarked “I’m really pleased, looking forward to next year studying Geography, Psychology and Graphics at Jane Austen College.” Olivia Obtained an impressive 5 x 9s, 3 x 8s, 2 x 7s, congratulations Olivia. 

Also heading to an Inspiration Trust Sixth Form in Norwich is Ryan Turner who is starting at Sir Isaac Newton Sixth Form College in September to study A level Maths, Computer Science and Physics. Ryan said that they felt “Very happy, very happy”, unsuspringly after Obtained  8 x 9s, 3 x 8s. 

Another happy pair of pupils were Kaitlin Banfield, who said “Much better than I was expecting. I am very happy.” after Obtained 5 x 9s, 3x  8s, 3x 7s and Ben Smith, who remarked: “It’s pretty good. I feel elated.” after gaining an impressive 9x 9s 2 x 8s.
