Booking guidelines and important information: 

• To support larger family groups, when booking four or more seats in a single transaction, an automatic 10% discount will be applied
• If the event is sold out, you are welcome to come along and wait for any last-minute returns, however we cannot guarantee admission. We cannot put extra chairs in the aisles or offer standing space, as this would compromise our fire escape routes
• Most performances offer a licensed bar run by the Friends of Hethersett Academy (accepting both contactless and cash payments), subject to our volunteers' availability. Please contact foha.ac.uk@gmail.com if you would like to join the list of bar volunteers

Accessibility information:

• A limited number of wheelchair spaces are available for every performance; please book and pay for the number of seats you require, including the wheelchair, then email ha-enquiries@inspirationtrust.org and we will exchange these for suitable seats
• Rows A,B,C,D have step-free access
• There is step-free paved access from the car park to the Helen Pye Theatre, but please be aware this is along a path of some 150 metres. We have dedicated accessible bays in our car park, but unfortunately there is no option to park or drop off closer to the building due to the nature of our site
• We have an accessible toilet on the Theatre corridor
