Meet our Team

In my role as Assistant Principal responsible for raising achievement, I oversee student achievement, assessment and progress from Years 7-11. I am also responsible for CAIG for students in Year 7 through to year 11 and ensuring that all of our students are fully supported in their next steps when they leave Hethersett Academy. Prior to this role I was Assistant Principal responsible for teaching and learning and was part of the team that led Hethersett Academy from special measures to Outstanding in 2013.

Before joining Hethersett Academy I worked under Dame Rachel at Ormiston Victory Academy as Director of Vocational Learning and was part of the team that achieved the Ofsted Outstanding in 2013.
